Satin Skinny Scarf 90×5cm | Folded Construction, Complete Design on Both Faces
A satin skinny scarf finished at 90×5 cm with pointed ends — slim enough to tie without bulk. Built from a single folded and sewn panel with the artwork mirrored about the fold line, so one pass of single-sided sublimation leaves a complete, correctly-oriented design on both faces. Full-bleed seamless printing carries no colour limit: gradients, photographic imagery and brand identity all reproduce cleanly.

At 90×5 cm the scarf needs no folding or shaping — it goes on straight from the packet, which is why this shape has more uses than any other scarf format. For a gifting programme that matters: recipients actually wear it.
1. Wrapped around a bag handle Protects the handle from hand oils and cosmetics; gives a plain bag a focal point Wind the scarf in a tight spiral from one end of the handle to the other, each turn overlapping the last by about a third, then tuck the tail into the final two turns. 90 cm covers the full length of a typical tote handle. |
2. Side bow Comes off without unwinding — suits anyone who changes bags often Tie a single knot or a double bow at the base of the handle or on a hardware ring, leaving 10–15 cm falling from each end. Once tied it stays tied; lift it off whole when you change bags. |
3. French neck knot At 5 cm wide it never bulks up the neckline — closer to a fine necklace One loop at the neck, then a small flat knot at the front or to one side; ease the knot open slightly so the pattern you want faces out. It can also be tied like a necktie, with a low single knot at a shirt collar. |
4. Hair tie and wrist wrap The most rejuvenating of the four; especially effective with a plain summer tee Wind it over a ponytail elastic and knot, letting the ends fall with the hair; or loop it twice around the wrist in place of a bracelet. Braided in as one of three strands, it reads as an easy French holiday look. |

Q1. How does a 90×5 cm skinny scarf differ from a square scarf? A square scarf (such as the 69×69 cm mid-size) has to be folded and shaped before it can be worn — more presence, more formal. A 90×5 cm skinny scarf ties directly with no folding, and is far lighter and smaller to ship. Choose a square for boxed premium gifting; choose the skinny scarf for volume accessories and everyday styling. |
Q2. If printing is single-sided, why does the design appear on both faces? Because the scarf is made from a single panel, folded and sewn. The cut piece measures 94.2×13 cm and the artwork is laid out mirrored about the fold line, so once folded, each face carries a complete and correctly-oriented design. One sublimation pass, two finished faces — the most efficient construction for a scarf this narrow. |
Q3. How should artwork be supplied? Do we need to mirror it ourselves? No. Supply single-face artwork only; our production team handles the mirroring and layout. We recommend 300 dpi, CMYK, with 5–10 mm bleed on all sides. Printing is full-bleed and seamless along the full 90 cm, so continuous patterns, gradients and photographic imagery all reproduce completely. No colour limit, no plate or set-up charge. |
Q4. How is it worn, and who is it for? At the neck, around a ponytail or wrist, or knotted onto a bag handle. It suits fashion and accessory brand merchandise, airline and hotel uniform accessories, corporate identity gifts, wedding favours and anniversary keepsakes — lower unit cost and far less bulk than a square scarf, which makes it practical for large gifting programmes. |
Q5. What is the minimum order? Can dimensions be customised? MOQ is 50 pcs. There is no colour limit and no plate charge, so several different designs in one order add no set-up cost. Dimensions, point angle and edge finishing can all be adjusted for OEM orders; for customised specifications we suggest 300 pcs to absorb the pattern-making cost. |
