The cover comes with two elastic bands sewn into the top and bottom edges—simply stretch them around the top and bottom of the headrest and the cover snaps into place. The elastic accommodates various headrest sizes and shapes common in buses, trains, airplanes, tour vehicles, and long-distance coaches. Installation takes about 5 seconds per seat; removal is just as fast for replacement between passengers.

Q2. Are these single-use or reusable?

These are designed as disposable single-use covers for maximum hygiene—each passenger gets a fresh, clean surface. This is standard practice for public transportation operators focused on cleanliness and passenger comfort, especially post-COVID. The covers can be removed and disposed of between routes (or between passengers for premium services). Material is recyclable polyester. Heavier-weight reusable versions are available on request—contact us for that variant.

Q3. Can I customize the size for my specific vehicle?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 30 × 26 cm × 2 panels (front and back coverage), designed to fit standard bus, train, and airplane headrests. We accept custom specifications to match your specific vehicle headrest dimensions—just send us the dimensions or a sample headrest for measurement. Custom sizing has no additional setup fee for sublimation printing. Common custom requests include larger sizes for first-class airline seats and smaller sizes for compact city buses.

Q4. What is the print quality like? Can I do photos and gradients?

Full-color dye-sublimation on 180 gsm soft polyester produces vivid, high-resolution graphics—perfect for branding, advertising, gradient backgrounds, photographic imagery, and corporate identity displays. The print covers the entire front and back panels with no edge limitations or seams. CMYK color reproduction is excellent for brand colors, gradients, and photo content. The single-use nature means you can run seasonal campaigns, route-specific advertising, or limited-time promotional designs economically.

We offer pricing tiers from event quantities (a few hundred) to bulk transportation orders (tens of thousands). Lead time: Standard production is 10–15 business days after artwork approval; large transportation orders may extend to 3–4 weeks. Made in Taiwan with in-house printing, cutting, sewing, and packing—ensuring consistent quality across orders of any size.
