This 45x45cm satin square scarf is the most economical style in our scarf lineup — but don't let the price fool you. The 100% polyester satin fabric at 135g/m2 delivers a smooth, glossy surface that looks and feels premium, closely resembling silk without the high cost or delicate care requirements. Full-color dye-sublimation all-over printing reproduces your design with vivid color accuracy and sharp detail. No plate fee is required, and the reverse side shows a clean mirror image of the front.
Its compact size makes it a natural choice for a neck scarf or hair tie, tied to a bag handle as a decorative charm, or folded into a small gift box. Fabric, printing, and sewing are all handled in-house at YesPromotion's Taiwan factory — from roll to finished product under one roof.
Please note: bleed is required on all four sides of your artwork. Perfect pattern alignment cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of fabric printing. Q3: Are there any artwork or design guidelines I should follow?
Please include bleed on all four sides of your artwork file. Due to the nature of fabric printing, perfect pattern alignment cannot be guaranteed. Minor size variation from the sublimation process and hemming is normal and expected. We recommend keeping critical text and logos away from the edges of the design. No plate or setup fee is charged.
Q4: What is the minimum order quantity? Are other materials available?
Minimum order quantity varies by specification. Please contact our sales team for a detailed quote and production lead time. If you prefer a different fabric texture, a TC (polyester-cotton blend) option is also available as an alternative.
Q5: How should I care for the custom-printed satin scarf?
Hand wash in cool or lukewarm water. Avoid prolonged soaking on the first wash. Remove excess water gently and hang to dry immediately. Wash separately to prevent color transfer. Do not iron or tumble dry. Proper care will keep the sublimation print vibrant and extend the life of the scarf.
