Q2. How does the 3-in-1 function actually work?

Function 1 — Notebook Pad: Place your laptop on top. The 2 mm neoprene base lifts the laptop slightly off the desk, improving airflow and helping with heat dissipation during long work sessions. Function 2 — Mouse Pad: The full polyester top surface is optimized for both optical and laser mice—smooth tracking with no edge or interruption. Function 3 — Brand Display: When the laptop is closed or the user steps away, the full-color sublimation print is visible across the entire surface, creating continuous brand exposure on the user's desk every working day.

Q3. How durable is the sublimation printing?

Dye-sublimation printing permanently bonds CMYK ink into the polyester fibers—the color becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top. The print will not crack, peel, fade, or wash out with normal use, even after years of daily mouse movement and occasional cleaning with a damp cloth. This is the same printing technology used for sports jerseys and outdoor flags. Suitable for promotional items expected to be used daily for 2–3 years or longer.

Q4. What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?

We offer low minimum order quantities suitable for small events, promotional campaigns, and test orders. Standard production lead time is 10–15 business days after artwork approval; rush production is available for urgent events—please confirm timing with our sales team. Pricing is volume-based: contact us with your target quantity and we'll provide a detailed quotation including unit price, mold/setup fees (none for sublimation), and shipping cost to your destination.

Q5. What artwork format should I provide, and where is it made?

Artwork: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for crisp logos and type; high-resolution raster files (PNG, PSD, TIFF at 300 DPI or higher) are also accepted. Use CMYK color mode and convert any PMS spot colors to CMYK equivalents for accurate sublimation reproduction. Manufacturing: 100% made in Taiwan by YesPromotion. All production—printing, cutting, assembly, and quality inspection—is done in-house at our Taipei facility for complete quality control.
