We accept shapes with free contours and inner cuts, i.e. made to your specifications. All sides are treated with no sharp edges. We stock material of acrylic white and transparent, 3mm and 5mm thick for each. Logos/designs are also on surface of the tags, by our high-end UV flatbed inkjet printers. The white acrylic material is CMYK digitally printed and the transparent tags are printed to show visions of 2 sides, that is, by our technique CMYK/W/CMYK.
For Custom Acrylic Key Tags, a plastic button connects it to a split-ring with outer dimension of 26.6mm or 33mm, semi-transparent button and solid white button are both prepared to match the acrylic material colors, more thoughtful than the ASI suppliers in the States, not to mention the supplies from other Asian factories.
